The piece is the outcome of researching the body’s connection to the clarinet. Exploration and play were used to find a myriad of sounds that can span a range from the visceral to the more traditionally “musical”. Light and shadow illuminate the bodies/actors on stage and their interconnection. The light and its player both become alive and embodied as they explore the world around them, eventually revealing their bodies connected to the sound which is all around them. Through their interaction, we get to discover a bit about all the bodies involved.
